ICONOGRAPHY: February

Well, it won't come as much surprise to your lads to know that my desktop background still features our Che. Not to worry, you'll have a snazzy new design to play with soon, just in time for Easter. First up though, here's a bit about why J-Lo features in the ICONOGRAPHY series, as well as the February desktop artwork for y'all to use.

Following her appearance on the red carpet at the 42nd Grammy Awards, images of Jennifer Lopez in a green dress were download 642,917 times in just 24 hours. In 2000, Google Search results were limited to simple pages of text with links, but the developers worked on this further, realising that an image search was required to answer "the most popular search query" they had seen to date - Jennifer Lopez's green dress. As a result of this, Google Images search was born. The dress has been cited along with the black Versace dress of Elizabeth Hurley as being those most iconic dresses which made the design house a household name.
